Nicholas by Elizabeth Amber
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Let me start by saying that this book is far from being for everyone. Definitely not for those under 18. But absolutely something I loved, but I've always enjoyed the strange and unusual.
This is the story of 3 satyr men that have been given the task of finding three Farie women and marrying them to give them protection from evil. Usually the satyr appear completely human except during the Calling at the full moon when they have furry legs and 2 phallus and an insatiable sex drive.
Nick embarks upon his quest first and finds Jane. She is living with her father and her aunt (who is essentially the evil step mother) and she readily agrees to the arranged marriage. Her evil aunt/stepmother has her own agenda for the marriage. Jane, unaware of her true nature, believes herself to be tainted and fears that her new husband with reject her if he finds out the truth. As the story progresses she learns the truth about herself and not only that she is accepted by the satyrs but learns to accept herself as well. The sex scenes are very hot and definitely add to the story showing the progession as Nick and Jane learn to love each other.
Overall I loved this story. But it is definitely only for those that like a little strange and unusual. Its an erotica with a plot and a definite very evil bad guy with the wicked aunt. I look forward to the next one in this series.
