February 5th - 11th
Co-hosted by The Reader's Antidote
Its February and love is in the air. And its time to show a little love to all my great followers. Staying with the theme of love, up for grabs is my copy of Abigail's Story by Ann Burton. I loved this read and gave it 4 stars. This giveaway is international and as always its not a requirement that you follow but its always appreciated.
Blurb:
This is the story of Abigail... To settle her brother's gambling debt, Abigail of Carmel convinces her boorish lord to marry her. Then exiled by him to the life of a shepherdess, she grows to love David, the warrior son of Jesse, who will come face-to-face with her husband in a senseless war--and destroy her hopes of peace.

I love Christian fiction novels, and when they are historical it is even better.
ReplyDeleteOh, I'm so very interested in reading this.
ReplyDeleteMy favorite kind of romance is the kind that doesn't rely on the romance. Perhaps a little more romance than Harry Potter, but not as much as... you know... THOSE books. Lol. I want my books to be Adventure with a side of romance.
Historical romance is good - thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeleteAny kind, really. I like dystopian romance, suspense romance, contemporary romance, historical romance, paranormal romance, and fantasy romance.

ReplyDeleteDon't know that I have a fav kind of romance, I read all kinds (really). Kind of like food- I like different kinds on different days. Couldn't eat Mexican every day, not could I eat roast beef every day- just like my romance- historical tonight & western tomorrow, paranormal the next day. Guess I show my American upbringing here, like lots of variety, lol.
